“A (Shameless) Dialogue” aims to reconcile the personal tensions an LGBTQ+ individual would feel in relation to religion, specifically Christianity. This series aims not to proselytize but help an LGBTQ+ individual find a greater sense of self-love; A necessary endeavor after being immersed in loveless religious environments. Each photo in this series is inspired by an LGBTQ+-affirming passage in the bible. The written dialogue is between “I” and a therapist, inspired by my own experiences.

“(IN)significance” is inspired by the infamous passage that states “a man shall not lay with another man”. However, there’s evidence to suggest that this was a homophobic mistranslation.
